RPSEA is pleased to announce the 2010 request for proposals (RFPs) for the Unconventional Resources Program are released. You are encouraged to submit proposals well in advance of the due date, which is November 5, 2010, 4 p.m., Central Time, to allow for electronic receipt processing. You should review the documents and instructions concerning these proposals without delay.

RFP Issued Date: September 2, 2010
Written Questions/Answers Period: Questions regarding the Unconventional Resources RFPs must be in writing and directed to Contracts Director Wiley Wells by e-mail at wwells@rpsea.org; the period is open 21 calendar days from date of issue, ending on September 23, 2010; after this date, the question/answer period is closed; all questions and answers will be posted to RPSEA’s website
